Sag Lodge Yurt 1

This yurt features a double bed, perfect for solo vacations or nature-loving couples! It stands as an excellent launching point for days brimming with adventure, whether it’s traversing scenic trails or embarking on canoe trips. Within the lodge’s embrace, you’ll discover a range of inviting amenities—a communal kitchen where stories are shared with a cozy TV room for relaxation, a lakeside deck offering captivating views, and a barbecue haven for culinary delights. Each suite boasts a private en-suite bathroom, as well as a personal refrigerator and microwave for added convenience.

This is our 3rd and newest addition to Sag Lodge, After the Lodge and Cabin. It is the first of at least 3 planned yurts, Finished in July 2026.

The sleeping accommodations balance comfort, Nature, and privacy. In the single open space you’ll find an inviting double Bed, Sofa, And bar-counter kitchen space. The yurt sits on a dedicated deck, at the end of a foot path, which goes to two separate parking areas. It's a private and isolated area as close to nature as is possible to get. A personal abode for your adventures in the Boundary Waters.

Currently this is the only Yurt in the area, so any reservations will be completely private. The 2nd yurt is currently under construction and we are planning to finish this fall and make it available for booking soon after.

Please Note that there is a separate outside toilet near the 2nd parking area, not in the Yurt space. There is no shower for the Yurt. We have plans to build an outside shower room and toilets in the space the current toilet is, possibly next year.
